my opinion:

  1. it's actually pretty funny, I laughed out loud several times, but..
  2. his humor is self deprecating
  3. he talks as if he's the beta to his brother and resents him for that
  4. actually I felt sorry for him
  5. to me it's more a funny lamentation
  6. his body language is so negative I don't think it's all 'lies' to give his brother the spotlight on his day

Other people's opinions are he's gonna get laid that night, he did great, .. While to me he comes over as very beta.
