Normal is supposed to be average. It's not enough to pedestal her for simply not being knocked up already. There are plenty of girls her age who are childless, but if you're mainly spinning plates and going to bars you won't find them there. So she seems to have decent a head on her shoulders but don't back off your game or she'll slip out of your grasp.

Spin her as a plate. Call it a trial period where you sample the goods to test worthiness.

Transition it naturally from there, but spin her first and make sure you are spinning another to keep your oneitis under control and to keep your head objective. You need abundance mentality otherwise your attraction will awaken your hamster and you'll excuse all her behavior and you'll go beta.

You can always promote her to a main plate, test the waters, guage her attraction etc. If you think like a sniper "how do I get this unicorn!" you are screwed.
