Hi guys, I have an interesting question.

I have never been able to hit bicep properly (yeah,i know) until yesterday. I figured out why, you see this lady's arms?

See how her biceps and forearms point forward per se? Mine NEVER did that. But the problem is when I try, the inside of my wrists start to become painful. I can get them there and do the reps and FINALLY I am feeling it in my biceps, but as soon as I finish the reps, I can feel my forearms ripped back into pronation. Almost like just keeping it in that position is putting too much pressure on my wrist. why is this.

To note, this is happening even with no weight. Literally If I do bicep curls with air I still fell pressure on the insides of my wrists.

Thanks!

EDIT: Just getting in position to do a proper bicep curl puts a lot of pressure on my wrists (no weight) am I doing something wrong here?

EDIT 2: I think I might have found the answer, grip strength. I should be choking the shit out of the dumbell even if it is 3 pounds right. I have a weak grip (42 on each arm) on one of those grip stregth measures.

any advice would be great
