50mg and you should be good to go. However, I much prefer tadalafil (cialis), because it works for about 36 hours versus viagras 6 hours. The results from each are identical, but cialis lasts longer.

Do you have ED? Or just want to go harder and longer? I can get a good boost from half of a 25mg tab [no ED problems].

Start with 50mg on an empty stomach. That means you shouldnt eat 3-4 hours before. After 30min you will notice it working because the pressure build up in your head and some people get a stuffy nose. Sildenafil levels peak after one hour and last approx 3 hours but the effects will steadily decrease. You'll get the best results after 1h - 1,5h after intake.

Just know that youre opening pandoras box. Sex on silden is crazy.

50mg is A LOT. I used to go with 12.5mg, but that's purely due to anxiety. Back in the day when I was lifting, it was just a small addition - instant hard on otherwise.
