Make an insight about something interesting in the library.
Ask if she knows what time the library closes.
Ask if she knows where you can get a healthy, delicious meal > Ask her where her favorite places are to eat > Ask for recommendations on the menu item.

here's a tip, when she's in a group initiate conversation with someone in the group you're not interested in. You'll come off more relaxed and you'll transitively have an in with her in the future. Also if you've read "game" you'll know that often times hot girls are surprised that they're not the ones you're giving all of your attention to, which can work in your favor.

Start bullshitting about whatever course she's working on in the library. "Hey you taking Professor So-and-so's history course? What did you think of it? Do you have a copy of the syllabus, I might take it next semester. Any tips for the class?" It ain't hard.
