Was in the hot tub at my gym tonight. There is a pool right next to the hot tub and there were a couple girls swimming. I have seen them working out many times, but this was the first time I saw them in the pool.

Promised myself I’d say something if they came into the hot tub. Sure enough, they came in. I made a joke to one of the girls about how she did a cannonball when she entered the pool. She laughed and said something like “gotta make things interesting”. And that was it. They left a couple minutes later. I know it was a simple comment but I was proud that i said SOMETHING, as many times I talk myself out of being social.

Anyways- my question is...do you think it’s worth it to try and approach the girl again while she’s working out or in the pool? I know the “don’t shit where you eat” rule, but I’m not to worried about that. She is a really cute girl and I want to try and break out of my shell. I’m working a lot right now so being at the gym is one of the few places where there is lots of approach opportunities.

Let me know what you guys think. Is it creepy to approach girls at the gym? Is it too needy to say something next time I see her?
