How to learn Frame?

Start with spending 5 minutes a day in a quiet place with no distractions and think about your goals. Do you want to make a ton of money? Do you want to learn a new skill? Do you want to bang a ton of women? There are no wrong answers, just you scratching the surface.

Then, think about why you want to achieve these goals. You may start to realize that 5 minutes isn’t enough. Crank it up to 10, then 15. Heck, take 20 minutes thinking about what you want and how to get it. It will be hard at first, but easier each time you do it.

Finally start thinking about the above when you’re among other people. Once you have a better understanding of who you are alone, you’ll have a better grasp on who you are in public settings.

Only thing I caution: the above works, but it’s easy to get complacent. DON’T stop taking time for yourself, even if things are going well. It’s a common trap.

You become so high value, or begin to start treating yourself as if you're such high value, that you genuinely do what you say and want to do as a man.

"I'm a great guy so if this girl doesn't want me it's no big deal."

"This guy is clearly lower value than me, he's making a pathetic attempt to amog me."

"This girl can't lock me down because I can easily find others."

I started by asking myself: "If it was just me, what would I want to do right now?"

Frame is just the mental point of origin for your thoughts, goals and actions.

Strong frame is acting on you goals and thoughts instead of going along with the crowd or allowing someone else to decide your actions.

As long as you are consciously making decisions then you are well on your way.
