I had a couple hours to burn this weekend and was browsing the tv, and stumbled upon "What's your number" with the foxy Anna Faris, and Mr Captain America. I figured it would be basically another white knight movie, but was pleasantly surprised. Basic plot is Anna Faris freaks because she has slept with 20 guys, and some study they reference says that going over that dooms her to being a crazy cat lady. She employs her neighbor, Captain America to help her track down her list of 20 so that she doesn't have to go over the magic number. When we are introduced to the Captain, he is hiding out in her apartment avoiding some one night stand. Turns out this is a daily thong for him. Of course he ends up falling for Anna while helping her, but her Hamster is running at warp speed after consulting her friends. He doesn't chase her or grovel, he just shins her and moves the fuck on. She eventually decides she wants the Alpha.

Hopefully that makes sense. I would recommend this the next time your girl wants to watch a rom-com.
