Some researchers point out that prosocial behaviour activates the reward system in women. Conversely, the same effect is observed in men for selfish behaviour. This indicates that women process prosocial behaviour in a positive way, with an expectation to be rewarded, whereas the same can be said for selfish behaviour in men.

Interestingly, disrupting the reward system in the brains of both men and women reversed their interpretations of generosity, where men behaved prosocially, and women selfishly.

Thus, the interpretation of generosity by men and women is a matter of cultural expectations placed on each gender rather than evolutionary design.

Basically, women are nice because society expects them to be nice, while men are expected to be more selfish. This is learned.

It is clear to see how this sets up the scenario where if a woman is being nice to a man, she is, at the very least, expecting him to be nice back to her. This can be a test though—conscious, or subconscious—since, if he's a man, then he should be selfish instead.

Well, they want to eliminate the weak ones faster. They have limited time, so the more the betas show their true faces, faster they can pick the right choice.

To see if you take them seriously. Alphas don’t listen to girls, they watch what they do. So if you were alpha, you wouldn’t pay attention to what she says and therefore wouldn’t act nice and kind.

It’s beta bait. Seeing if you have the capacity to go nice guy on her, then shell loose all attraction.

Because we are a civilized species and all that matters in life is other people. We need friends, we need family, we need people. So don't be a piece of shit, and actually try to keep people around.

That doesn't mean don't be assertive and do what you need to do to get through life. Don't take it literally because most of the time women like to speak indirectly with a hidden meaning behind their words. To understand what women are saying, you need to think like them. Not saying they're always right, but being kind to others is a right thing to do. You do it to cashier's, you do it to your co workers, you do it with anyone that deserves it.
