She misunderstood something I said over text. She then got defensive. I said "I didn't mean it that way"

She ignored the text. So she is applying the slient treatment

What do I do?

1.Double text her and clarify (I think this is pointless as I've already said my text has been misunderstood). I can see how my text may have been misunderstood but It did not have any harmful intent towards her.

2.Just withdraw attention, and let her come me. (Does his risk prolonging the situation?)

My gut instinct is option 2. As the main rule of an LTR is never be afraid to walk away

Hang fire boys. just looked at my phone and two texts and a missed call. Option 2 is the best way.
