i send a quick message pretty soon afterwards, so they can save my number. after that it doesnt really matter. sometimes a day later, sometimes the following weekend.. whatever. doesnt matter. whenever you feel like it. how attracted women are to you is never going to be contingent upon how long you wait to text them.

Couple of hours tops, I wouldn’t even give it a day, just try to set a date with them ASAP.

As soon as you get it I'd say - while they're still in a conversation with you. That way you can know if they gave you a legit number. Give them something to respond to later - else you can follow up in a couple hours. Attraction has an expiration date
