Get in better shape as your first priority. A lot of how you are perceived (ie: annoying) comes down to being "the fat kid."

It's going to be hard to 'restart your social status'. The people who know you have put you in a bin, and they will treat you that way. They just know you that way and will treat you that. Telling them you want to be different won't working. Acting different will work, it'll just take time and people will complain in front of you and behind your back.

It is unrealistic to think that you'll 'pull hoes' at 15. What you can do is lay the foundation to do better in a few years. As everybody else has said: lift, count your calories, get a hobby, do well in school, dress well. Investing now pays off later. If you look good then you're talking is less annoying.

Also, get a girlfriend. Almost any girl will do. She's using you for experience and you're using her for experience. Both of you should understand this isn't a forever thing. If people make fun of you ask them how many boobs they've sucked besides their mom's. They may have a comeback but you're still right and they know it. You now have preselection. Other girls will then start to think of you in that way. You'll also be more confident with girls the more experience you get. Girls like guys who know what they're doing, and you do/will - especially if you can make them feel more 'adult'. Do not get her pregnant. Even if it means HJ's and BJ's only.

work out and stop being fat. if people think you're annoying say less and do more. nobody thinks the quiet kid who likes to skate or go hiking is annoying.

also at your age your self-perception is probably fucked up. when i was in HS i thought everyone hated me, went to college and met a lot of the guys i went to HS with. turns out i was known as the "car guy" because i drove a lowered subaru and they all thought i was out doing tokyo drift shit when i was really sitting at home or talking shit with my two friends.
