Plate theory makes perfect sense to me and I've found the results are nearly immediate after you being employing it. However, I've read threads/articles which seem to paint with a broad brush regarding how to treat females. I've read things to the effect of: "avoid sleepovers", "do not meet her friends", and "do not do commitmenty things". Obviously this will provide wonderful results when plating, but it does not seem to translate as well to LTRs. During LTRs I understand that you should employ the rule of two-thirds, must recognize and pass shit tests, avoid beta bait/betatization, etc; but will things like sleepovers and meeting her friends really prove to be bad choices for an LTR?
