Sure Sarah, we will give you 30 trillion. It's going to be in increments though. Your average work day? Yeah we're going to ramp that up a few hours for every woman. Productivity makes money, and we're going to need a helluva lot of that to get close to 30 trillion. While your at it, we can give the women some great financial opportunities doing jobs in some really "sexist" sectors, like waste collection, logging and mining! Wow, not only are we helping productivity, we're also putting in a solid effort to close the gaps of inequality in the American workplace! I think I just solved our gender wage gap issue once and for all.
So I'll be taking my Nobel Economic Prize whenever the people in charge deem worthy, you can just inbox me the details to this Reddit account.

She believes that there is a 78 cent wage gap between men and women. So in her opinion, this deprives the average working woman $500,000 throughout the course of her lifetime.
500,000 x (number of women) = $30,000,000,000.

First, she is more than likely a paid spokesperson rather than the person running the whole show. Second, the 22 cent wage gap has been proven bullshit time and time again. You can make any study produce the results you are intending as long as you ask the right questions and leave out any information that hurts your cause.
