She used red fucking paint as fake blood. I have a generally low opinion of most police but even the densest officer would realize the ridicule that would be heaped upon them for arresting a guy whose accuser is wearing paint as blood.

Any unbiased judge would punish her for clearly intending to deceive law enforcement with the direct intention of incriminating the man more. But if it went to trial, a jury would see her as just a poor delicate flower who was trying to defend herself against the big evil woman-beater.
