Its fucked up to think about how many people are in prison right now because of false rape charges. Also every time something like this gets any attention, its framed as if the worst thing about it is making real rape victims less credible, not that innocent people spend their lives incarcerated because a girl wants money and attention.

And the article will still protect the woman's identity and not mention that Banks will likely not see any of the money awarded to him because she blew through her received "damages" when she sued the school where she claimed it happened.
