I think this comes down to the necessity for guys to have "male only spaces." There are dozens of women only places/businesses in North America and I don't see why men can't have the same.

The local country club has an offsite barber. Not a hair stylist, not a salon, but a barber where old dudes go to get old dude haircuts and read old dude magazines and smoke old dude cigars. Women aren't allowed on the premises unless they're accompanied by their spouse. A friend of my girlfriend went on a Facebook rampage because she found out if she ever hypothetically wanted to go to the old dude barber that she wouldn't be allowed, despite being a member of the country club.

Ok i'm canadian and consider myself in the center of the politic spectrum ( taking ideas from left to right) but always voted for left parties. But god i hate those SJW angry extreme leftists liberal feminists. I cannot take anymore this perpetual offended state of mine. It seems there is always a pointless battle to fight, always on the scanning mode to find any little thing that will blow out of proportion. The craving for attention these people have, the need to be offended so they can alert the medias and doing their online jihad, the thought police...The worst is the eternal state of victimization. Always searching a way to be a victim.

There was a time when being in a left party was having big ideas about building your nation for a better future for all the society, you know, when they were talking about class struggle, poverty, equality , building things and creating health care and stuff, thinking about the wealth of the country so everybody could thrive. Now we go online to bitch about a barbershop. Or the new spider women cover. Or the curvy ladies not represented in movies.

If the owner is fine with missing out on the huge profits involved with giving women male haircuts that's their prerogative.

They don't owe you their supply just because you have demand and can pay. Business owners aren't machines they are people. They are free to exhibit their bias just like anyone else.

Same thing happened in Toronto not long ago too. Except THAT barbershop was protected by Islam/Muslim belief system protecting them guys under freedom of religion statutes.

Forgive the blue pill, but here I think I must play devils advocate. There are some "ragged ass" biker broads that can shoot the shit, slam whisky and kick your ass in a fight. This chick may or may not be one of them, but considering shes acting like a baby, shes probably just there to throw a mini-bitch-fit. But just for a moment lets pretend shes ragged ass. She wants a mans cut and to shoot the shit, why not take her money? Yes, yes, established "mens barbershop." But as an owner, I'd seriously consider it. My barbershop gives me shaves and whisky, never see a chick there. To my knowledge, there has never been one through the door. Unwritten rules or just an unattractive place for women. But if one entered and acted like one of the guys, I wouldn't give a shit. Isn't that what sets men above women? The fact we just don't give a fuck?

Just my 2cents.
