Relax people. Federal law makes exemptions for our boys overseas. Last time I checked federal law trumps state law. I would honestly be surprised if this guy did not get an immediate emergency stay from the federal district court while either they or the state appeals court bitch slapped this bitch judge.

Guy in the Navy here. I can confirm this. JAGs do not fuck around. If the JAGs at the Fleet Level get involved, this could get ugly for this judge. I've seen local judges here in San Diego basically get dragged to the guillotine over shit less serious than this.

And he may be able to file for a federal protective order preventing the judge from violating his rights as a deployed sailor.

He can't and he should pay child support, but when he gets back he will never be able to see her and legally he will not be her father.

In other words he will have to pay and not see the child, thus he can not be a father anymore.

What makes it really sad is he is forced to go, all this is by force, sure he voluntarily signed up , but not for this.

Did you even read the story? He has full custody of his child, who is being cared for by his new/current wife. He has full custody because the child was taken away from the ex-wife by CPS.

But the money is taken from taxpayers by force. It's welfare. The actual military we need is probably 1/10th the size it is. The USA spends more on defense than the next 20 something countries combined. All these troops in Germany or Japan or on vacations in Australia or who the hell knows where, are just welfare recipients. The government has stolen money from businesses, who can then not afford to hire as many of you for actual productive jobs. So we have all of this manpower overseas, receiving $1million per soldier (the cost to taxpayers), extracting wealth away from the country, all for a tiny portion of it to retain for your future. I know very few military personnel see themselves this way, but it needs to be said. The decline of the USA began when men allowed themselves to be cannon fodder (WW1) for wars that did not benefit the people of the USA, while forcing the population to pay for it. It's just crazy. The government has an immigration policy that lets in potential threats (radical muslims, zionist spies, africans, etc.) and then the military men think they're defending our freedom by going overseas and fighting them. Complete bullshit.

I actually agree about people joining the military being not noble at all. (I won't say they're stupid, many of them do it for the free college). But that's something totally different.

The government oppressing straight white males? That's a fucking joke man. The best-off demographic in the entire country totally being oppressed by the system.

I could be wrong, but I believe there exists a govt policy called affirmative action which explicitly forces employers to discriminates against white males. Colleges all choose their students by handicapping all whites (and asians) and all males. White privilege is a lie. So are you saying that Stormfront is full of facts?

Sounds like someone doesn't understand affirmative action at all. It's not about putting white guys down. The whole thing is, they're already a little on top, so affirmative action is trying to get the less privileged (and I don't mean this in the SJW sense, I literally mean overall, many minorities get worse education, are stuck in the cycle of having to live in the ghetto and not being able to get out, etc) a leg up.

So, to a certain extent affirmative action isn't wrong. Things like helping minorities get to college, financial aid, govt. programs trying to get people out of the hood, etc are all good. I think certain times, affirmative action can be bad. Like if an equally qualified white man and a black man (or even a girl!) are up for the same exact job and the black guy/the woman is the picked for no reason other than filling 'diversity quotas', I don't think that's fair.

White privilege is a lie. So are you saying that Stormfront is full of facts?

Sounds like you think all white people are the same, and all black people are victims. More whites are in poverty than blacks, by absolute numbers, which is what matters if we're talking about individuals. The ONLY justification for affirmative discrimination is racism. Plain and simple: the poor white guy in poverty is somehow privileged, and should be passed over for a job given to the poor black guy who has lower qualifications. It's unbelievably racist. It's far easier to get into medical school or even Ivy league schools as a black person with lower SAT and GPA than white or asians.

Eh, you still don't comprehend the point. Affirmative action pretends that all white people are privileged. They're provably not, yet some people are getting actual unearned privileges for being a certain race. It's unquestionably a racist policy that gives real privilege merely for being a certain race.

Can you at least understand this simple concept: every black person helped by affirmative action to get into college, financial aid or get out of poverty indicates a white person who is also in the same conditions, who is NOT being helped. There are only so many college seats available, so much loan help. Blacks are being given MUCH more help simply because there is this real, tangible black privilege.

Judge sounds like an activist feminist cunt. I would encourage all members of the armed forces, current and former, as well as family members in that area to write you state rep or senator.

It sounds like BS but in my experience state reps or senators usually get the ball rolling for you at least when your having a real issue like this. Especially on an issue like this where there is ample room for political grandstanding, flag waving and "I support the troops"-ism that would help said politician get re-elected.
