He works and earns money from US sources so it impacts him. The courts could take a portion of or all of those earnings. They could also imprison him when he's on US soil.

I guess if he somehow stopped earning money in the US and never set foot on our soil he'd be cool, but for him I don't think that would be convenient.

They should change the Orwellian name "love child" to something else.
