Looked into local state laws and they mentioned adultery had no effect on alimony or custody.

Being RP is about being a true man. Not about being some "Nice Guy" who happily opens his ass hole so he can be enriched by others sperm.

Nonetheless, if you want an ulterior view of your country take a look at Sweden or Germany. Sweden is pretty the rape capital of Europe and Germany is pretty much a dead country ( the percentage of native born Germans are one of the lowest on Europe while the halogens natality on Germany is really high). Sweden is a time-bomb who will not be able to control their colonizers when they demand the implementation of the Sharia Law; Norway isn't far from that.

I might be from a corrupt, dying country whom has no economy but, at least, I'm not being invaded or colonized by a foreign country. You know why? Because Mediterranean countries don't take shit from outsiders, we might get called uncivilized, but in the end we have the monopoly on sex tourism on Europe. While you are at home in the summer playing video games and socializing with your friends your women come to Algarve to get screwed daily in their hotel rooms. Open your eyes, for fucks sake.

Well, Hollande is not really popular in France and he wasn't even before the reveal of his affair. He got elected with something like 53%, failed in a lot of ways and every media is making fun of him one way or another. Plus everyone knew that his wife was annoying as hell so there is that.

People just don't really care, the president has to rule the country correctly, not to live a perfect life.

Well I don't think it should be illegal. If people want to cheat, that's their prerogative. A responsible person doesn't put himself in that situation to begin with. Forcing people to stay faithful under penalty of law would do nothing to fix the underlying problems in the relationship anyway.

You are right. I think the worst statistic was how high the number of people who said they would cheat if they wouldn't get caught was. That's a problem that laws won't fix and is more telling of general character.

I used to look down my nose at cheaters until I figured out that I deserve more out of life than a woman who doesn't take care of herself, and I also deserve more out of life than living in a trailer park and paying her lots of money she doesn't deserve.

Cheating makes a lot of sense if the domestic partnership works and there isn't any compelling reason to split up. I'm pretty sure the wives of all those European guys know what's going on, and consider themselves as lucky as my own wife does.

Yeah, you lost the right to sexual exclusivity, but you still have somebody to take care of the shitter when it malfunctions and keep the yard mowed. You want to be a fat 45 year old single woman? Be my guest. I'll move out, and you can figure out how to call plumbers and electricians and lawn services and stuff. Otherwise I'll stay and do whatever the fuck I want.
