I wanted to lose a bit of waist. I logged my meals, ate smart, continued to lifted, and do cardio. Went from 214 to 203.7 this morning. Took about a month and change.

Where's my fucking medal?

Is there a study that analyzes the effects of undue praise on children, e.g., do boys/girls who know they performed poorly but received a participation award feel better/worse than if they just received nothing?

I speculate most boys resent when they and others receive undue praise.

ADD: Also, that article was barely about undue praise; it was a cover for a rant on ubiquitous domestic abuse. What the crap?
