Fortunately, just about every girl who's ever done page 3 has come out and criticised this stupid thing. It's putting these girls out of a well paying job as well.

So the newspaper does have the right to do what it wants, and the campaign isn't trying to go over their heads but asking them to voluntarily remove the content.

That being said, I really don't understand why a (supposedly) family newspaper has a section devoted explicitly to boobs. It seems completely arbitrary, illogical, and unprofessional.
