He would benefit more from cutting contact completely and working on himself. Whenever a great blow like this is dealt, monk mode is always the best answer imo.

This was /r/cringepics, from a couple of days ago. Seems a lot of the new content on this sub is linked from there (or also linked there). What is there is totally inappropriate, as expressed by most members of society, even gosh, feemails! As a man you should just ignore that shit, and focus on yourself, not on some random kids drama.
