We want to be valued by a girl we value. I guess this is we want the most. This desire leads to new offspring and maintaining humanity.

I grew up religious. I'm atheist now but my values about relationships are conservative because they make sense for guys and I'm a guy.

I can't value a girl if she had casual sex. Even if I valued a girl, she becomes a stranger for me if I learn she had casual sex. Happened once.

I don't wish to fight reality (AWALT). So I need to drop my values. Otherwise I'm going to be like the dude who says GRAVITY DON'T EXIST before he jumps from a building. I want to enjoy my life. I don't want to hold on to my values if they prevent me from enjoying life.

What do you think about this and do you have any advice on changing values?

I'll give a solid example on why this question matters. There's a super attractive girl sitting on the table next to me. I want her sexually but emotionally I don't have the patience to seduce her and pass her shit tests. I know she had casual sex so she does not deserve my time and attention and mental energy. My values make me see women like that. This makes me option-less.
