That was actually a pretty painful read.

I maintain that people with a 'blue pill' mind set practically route around all of the areas of the brain that would advise a man on even the most rudimentary natural game -- after all, they wouldn't want to be 'rape-y' or 'patriarchal', that's crimethink -- and as a result, they make things much much much harder than they need to be.

Slutty indie chicks with tattoos and pitbulls? Please. If he hadn't met them on OKCupid he'd have literally been playing on easy mode.

The end result? He felt he had an abundance and not enough time to even deal with all of the possible prospects. The bad? Was probably still mega blue-pill in person trying to feel out spinsters for LTRs.

In short, McKinlay went full retard on deconstructing OKcupid, a site largely populated by sexually frustrated men and girls who are either fat, seeking attention instead of actual dating, or both.

I have no experience with online dating, but is it reasonable to say that women don't use it unless they're not attractive and sane enough for the real world?

For all the hate this guy gets, I appreciate what he did. He decided to approach the issue in a methodological and scientific way and, within its narrow scope, it was a huge success (because of it he got to meet 80+ of the type of women he was looking for, and that was the point of the program, actually seducing them was beyond its scope). That cold, systematic approach reminds me of PUAs, who just went farther than that.

I also absolutely loved how he managed to classify pretty much all women in OKC into only 7 categories with specific traits and wants. I'd love to read more about that, but the Wired article didn't say much about the groups other than the two he liked and targeted (roughly speaking "hipsters" and "young professionals mostly involved in media or art").

If you can code, you can make good money and have lots of excess time. Why not find a job that lets you work from home and spend that excess time working out and bettering yourself?

I posted this awhile ago. I'm glad ROK came to the same conclusions. Now, if this guy had learned game and then done this, he would be the terminator of PUA.
