The implicit contract of an engagement ring is that , if the guy breaks it off the woman keeps the ring to make up for the loss of time wasted etc. But if she breaks it off it's supposed to go back to the guy.

Just as I posted that I checked Wikipedia, there are even a few cases where the guy has got the ring/money back. But the caveat is, if they were given on Christmas day or Valentine's day they are considered gifts.

Valuable knowledge. Don't give shit for Valentine's day.

Good point...fixed. Very strange story but I'm pretty sure the dude just logged into Google+ on his phone or computer after the restraining order and it sent out auto invites to everyone he had ever sent an email to.

Every time I log into Google+ I have to "skip" the part where it asks me to invite everyone. Fucking annoying. He probably just got hasty and clicked "next" which sends off all the invites automatically.

While I doubt she orchestrated the Google+ auto invites she most definitely took it to another level reporting it.

Ha! She took the ring, then immediately filed a restraining in order to keep it.

I'm just not amazed anymore at the ridiculously terrible behavior women seem to have no problem doing.

It's normal shit. Women are basically just a bunch egocentric, selfish jackasses with no concept of class or morality. By now, nobody should be surprised and/or awed by these kinds of antics. They are common.
