Request for opinions: Respond to flaking

This is an interesting thing to do when you first get into TRP, and need to up your notch count to learn what you like/don't. But when you get farther on down the chain, the unilateral response to flaking is a hard "next". Flaking is blatant disrespect and shouldn't be tolerated.

Common response: "but they are women! That's what they do!" And I'm a man, and I have options, and my time is valuable.

Simple - I delete her number and move to the next number on my list.

Flake = gone. Why even think about it? If she can't see the value in being with me then it's her loss.
