A while back I did a long post about some specific insights I've learned from being around older rich women. Here's another:

I don't recall exactly how the conversation started. But it was touching on the subject of gender differences and how those differences changed with each generation, and I happened to ask, straight out, "Generally, do you think most women at your age (40+) look at getting by in life based on the men you can attract?"

Her answer was, "Well not really. Some women want to get by on their own, but don't mind also having a wealthy man that can supplement their lives, but at the same time, yes, many women in my age group do look at men as providers. They tend to look for men that can continue making their lives easy so they don't have to go out there and win the terribly competitive business world. And it makes sense for those women. Why go out and spend 50 hours a week starting a business just to be alone when you can spend your time finding a man that can take care of you who lets you stay at home, doing whatever you want and following your personal passions?"

Now this woman is a really successful businesswoman. Her friends, all of them are multi-millionaires. Now, I can't speak for all women, nor can she. However, it seems to be true when you actually look around. In fact, she's very open about how much she thinks feminism is stupid. She herself said that it's an attempt by lazy women to get more without being a good woman. She's said on a number of occasions, as a successful female business owner, that feminism is ruining the system.

She's the one that broke educated me on the economic damages feminism has created. Basically showing me that once women started entering the workforce, that created 2x the amount of available workers. So naturally, with this huge abundance of labor now on the market, labor values dropped. At one point the market was paying high level wages that can afford whatever you'd like because they were forced to. The small labor supply forced employers to pay highly competitive wages. Once women entered the labor market, it flipped this completely around. This is why it now requires two members of the household to work just get the same wage as what used to require just one member of the household to bring in.

You are forgetting that we are not competing amongst ourselves, but amongst the rest of the world as well. Right now China is much cheaper - think how much cheaper they would be in comparison, if Americans demanded twice the paycheck they get now. In that light, feminism did good.

Only so much can be outsourced. Most labor in America still needs to be domestic, even though customer support and physical manufacturing can be outsourced. Not only that, but the USA is the innovation capital of the world, again, not something you can simply outsource.

Look at CS. You can, right now, go get an app built for 400 dollars by an Indian dude. Or, you can pay 4,000 for an American. The value of hiring an American is beyond reasonable. While they cost much more, you ensure legal safeguards as well as their desire to built a quality product because they have to build a competitive portfolio. American engineers will always out-deliver the cheaper and more abundant outsourced labor.

For stupid low skill shit, then yes, go outsource. But for actual critical jobs, American's own that space. Indians and Chinese may be able to technically do higher level jobs, but simply due to the differences in culture, they are completely incompatible. These people simply aren't raised in the highly competitive and innovating American culture. Chinese and Indians are more concerned with pulling in quantity rather than delivering quality -- this is a serious domestic issue.

Keep in mind, the USA is responsible for 20 percent of the global GDP. If we could simply outsource everything, we would. However, that's simply not possible. It's not just because we need local grocers, burger flippers, and account managers, but because that type of talent simply doesn't exist abroad even if it could be outsourced.

/source someone that has dealt with Chinese and Indian's before. Never again unless I get into the manufacturing business.

tldr: Narcissistic women want even more resources for themselves

Pretty obvious. If you are selfish and want more for yourself, then of course you like benevolent sexism.
