Can someone explain this a bit? Are they saying that having a longer ring finger then pointer finger correlates to more testosterone?

Just leaving this here for those who weren't already aware of it.

Low digit ratio is a consistent correlate for many variables, nearly all of them suggesting higher masculinity. High digit ratio, likewise, correlates with feminine traits.

Some of the correlates include:

waist:hip ratio
spatial intelligence
strength of libido
STR vs. LTR preference
testosterone levels
sperm counts
eye color
facial shape

and many others.

Interesting read, thanks for posting this. I think I remember reading that digit ratio is influenced by prenatal exposure to testosterone, which is a proposed mechanism for all of those correlates you listed.
