This woman is screwed because:

She is setting a high price for dirty, dirty sex in a market where dirty, dirty sex is essentially free. Her mind is in the right place, though.
Any man who thinks about getting in a relationship with her has to understand that the only way he is getting the premium package is by putting a ring on it. "If it flies, fucks or floats, it's better to lease" comes to mind.

As long as there's no hypocrisy what's the problem? Don't have sex until you're married. Find someone you love, commit to each other, then live the married life. The same rule applies for men and women. I have no problem whatsoever if someone wants to be that picky and choosy. We are talking about marriage here. It's damned appropriate to have high standards.
