Men need the physical presence just as much. But not all women or men stray. Depends on the type of person you are and loyalty. Hard to find nowadays.

I've been with my boyfriend for two years, and he's the first man I've been with, which I think complicates the issue. I enjoy attention from men. He was one of the first guys I liked to show interest in me romantically. Now, we're doing the long distance thing (LDR), so I don't get that personal, physical attention often.

Lately I've been noticing that as soon as I learn that a guy has a crush/attraction to me, I start to develop feelings for him. These guys can vary from strangers I danced with in a dance hall to classmates who flirt during school to good friends who admit they find me attractive and have thought about being with me (prior to knowing I ha a bf). If these guys are mildly attractive enough for me to like them, I immediately start to develop feelings that can range from a silly, short term crush to major attraction that makes me wonder if I should date a non-long distance guy instead. So far, the feelings fade with time, but I dread every time I encounter a new guy who I think might like me, because it all starts over again. Am I just an attention whore? How do I deal with this?

TL;DR: I keep developing feelings for guys who show interest in me, despite my long distance relationship
