Exactly. Would anyone here keep talking to the back a girl's head if you tried to hit on her in a bar and she didn't respond? So why wait 5 hours for a text response?

I literally delete a girl's number whenever I get a text like "Oh, I'm not sure about my plan this Saturday...will let you know though!".

This is not even in response to a date invitation. I don't even directly invite them out; I simply let them know what bar area I'll be at, and girls still will sometimes send shit like this assuming I offered to buy them a 4 course dinner and am waiting with baited breath for their answer.

Don't ever be any girl's "backup plan" & let her clearly know it.

This is presuming way too much. They don't know anything except how they feel in that moment, and that changes from moment to moment.

If you haven't yet established your status or DHVed, you are a "no" by default. A famous actor is an automatic yes; that same guy, before he became famous, would be an automatic no to most of the same people.

The point of game is to instill a Yes into the confused and self-contradictory mind of a target. Mainly by doing the thinking for her, and being compelling/entertaining so she wants to keep watching the show instead of turning it off to do her homework.

I don't really agree. The point of game for me is to close someone who has shown interest. If you obvious from her body language and how she is reacting to you that is is not interested, why waste time?

You are right, if you haven't established your DHV, it is a no. However, you don't need to be a famous actor to get an automatic yes, you just need to project confidence when before, during and after your interaction.
