I met my wife four years ago and we fell in love. She was a widowed mother of four. I only got in a relationship with her because she was vocal that she was absolutely done having kids, and that there was no way in hell any man could convince her otherwise. She's physically beautiful and turned down many proposals before I met her
oh jesus christ

I suppose it's better than a divorced mother of four (or multiple-divorced). Lesser of two evils.

Yeah, I'd not hold it against the widow IF there was a good insurance policy or she had a good career because then she could survive on her own.
A death is a loss that is different from a divorce or other kind of breakup.

I can't figure out this dude.
Doesn't want kids of his own, but is open to step-kids. The only people who want LTRs, but no children are the Dual Income No Kids couples, but this guy is just determined to sever his ancestral line and propagate an other couples'.
Also, 4 kids by 30, AND a widow? oh my.

She was only looking to secure a medium term mate when she married him. She only needed out of the trailer park and live a good life until the kids could leave the house. That's why she got married but said no more kids.
But it turns out hubby is really good at providing (Big house, pool.). Well she doesn't want to let that go. The only way to secure his money forever is by having his kid.
