Once you start to improve your state you become outcome dependent on keeping that alive...

Definitely a danger if you've learned to yolk your self-esteem to validation from women, but I would hope TRP's sidestep that sort of mental pitfall.

I like that I'm seeing a shift in terminology and focus away from strict methodology and towards mindset.

I'm a 26 y.o. who started out with PUA stuff, but it's been a while since I did any solid reading about theory.

I'd forgotten how much jargon there really is prior to reading this article. So much intellectual energy expended on what? How to fuck sluts?

If you're my age or younger, all I can say is hit the gym and acquire currency. Ignore this shit till you've got your life in order. I know too many people who are wasting their 20s on wine and women. It's sad because they'll peak way too early.

But other than that, awesome article.

I kind of disagree. The low confidence problem that tends to pervade intelligent young men needs to be fixed, it is really a bane. The gym and the money does not fix it by itself, it's more complex. I think partially it can be fixed by martial arts, basically not being afraid of getting beaten by other men and partially practicing a bit of Game, basically adopting confident attitudes until they become second nature, and the seductive successes that come out of it add real confidence then. I think the details, the jargon part can be ignored but the basic attitude, "inner game", not so much.

Yeah, I'll concede that after about 30 notches it gets a lot easier to disregard females without a confidence hit. And having a steady girlfriend who is red pill compliant makes it even easier.

But the quality of a man is determined by the size of his accomplishments, not the notches on his bed. And far too many men hit alpha status early with nothing to back it up.

Club sluts will be the death of civilization. Ignore them whenever possible.

I agree, I thought the article spent a lot of time saying nothing. I suppose the issue is that I don't need to worry about what state I'm in because my game consists of: make eye contact, give a really good smile, she's in my pocket already before any words have been exchanged.
