Another classic case.... Man with 6 figure salary dating a minimum wage slave. Hypergamy in action. Whats next? Stop taking the pill! Get Pregnant! This guy's money is taxable, therefore, its on the books unlike drug dealers and musicians. She'll be guaranteed a great living for 18 years minimum!

What would you do in this situation?

If it was me I might consider quitting my 6 figure job and doing some not for profit work.... something that pays very little but allowed me to pursue my passions. I'd work part time and play guitar and go to the gym I think.

Would you like me to show you examples of courts telling men they don't have the right to quit their job? Would you like me to quote the judge that said, "your ability to pay is not relevant to your obligation to pay" or would you like to see the interview with that guy from Kids in the Hall, whose TV show was canceled and the divorce court wouldn't adjust his payments, so now he owes so much that he can't go back to Canada or he'll be put in jail?

You can't quit your job. You don't have that right. The state requires you to use your body to earn money. Women's bodies are sacred. The state wouldn't dare tell a woman what she has to do with her body. But as a man, you have no such rights.

I also believe that she can go after you for more if you start a new career and have drastic changes in income. That I don't get, but there's lots I don't get about the system. This happens with spousal support as well. Why should your ex be entitled to increases in wages that you earn after separation? She had nothing to do with that money. She didn't sacrifice so you could advance your career.

For example, say I made a good income for many years with my wife, but we divorce and the court calculates her support based on our situation and respective income/skills. Now, let's say now that I'm single I have much more free time and impetus to work my ass off to start a business. This business takes off and I become very wealthy. As I understand it, she can go after that money too. At least, in the searches I did, she can apply to have her payments increased when your income increases. WTF?

This reminds me of the case in Eastern Canada where a guy poked holes in the condom and the girl got pregnant. He was charged with sexual assault because "the terms under which she agreed to sex had been changed without her knowledge." Now that the genders are reversed I wonder if she'd face a similar charge. I wish this guy was from Canada so that precedent could be tested.

He will pay if she decides to keep it. There is no doubt about that, unless he wants to try and take his case to the supreme court and argue for men's rights and get some case law overturned. Good luck with that. He messed up plain and simple by trusting her with control over contraception. He's another man that's going to swallow the red pill the hard way: with his wallet and only getting 50% time with his child if he's lucky. Let's get that male contraceptive pill going people. Once that's available and proven safe, men can mitigate this risk. On the one hand I want to have little to no sympathy for this man, but on the other I think he's just another man brought up beta and didn't have the necessary information to prevent scenarios such as this. Be thankful if your lessons in the red pill were only due to events like your girlfriend cheating, being shamed for being a nice guy, etc...
