It's a tale about a fictitious guy that wants Roush teach him everything he knows about getting girls. He tells him to do 100 approaches first then come back to him. He does it, comes back and Roosh sends to to do something else before he will teach him. This repeats a couple times. Learning a language, getting in the gym, travelling, and all the while he's Mr Miyagiing him sorta how they did it in that Steve Carrell movie.

You can clearly see that this is Roosh's past talking to his present. Roosh has been to Colombia, and recommends like 30 books on his site, etc.
