I have a Hydrocele which means one testicle looks much bigger than the other..

I have an opportunity to fuck a girl in the few days to come but I m frankly insecure abt the size difference making me looking like a freak..

anyway it can be surgically fixed but the recovery may last more than a month and i dont want to stop lifting weight right now.. Besides that the problem itself isn't dangerous or life threatening ...
