A little background: my roommate (K) and I were looking for a place to live this summer and he suggested we find a place with his gf of about 1 year. K and I are from the same fraternity we are both about to graduate from and have a solid friendship for about 2 years. K and his girlfriend (M) have been dating about a year. I have only met M a handful of times so I didn’t really know her.

Fast forward to just a couple of weeks ago we are about to move in a two bedroom apartment with all 3 of us on the lease (K and M sharing a room). First warning sign is she hits me up with these “conditions” of her’s 1. No prostitues or strippers are allowed over (I would find out later she use to be a stripper herself), I agree because I don’t hang out with either of those types of people. 2. No partys 3. I have to be clean. I agree to these conditions just because I already am that way for the most part.

Now that we are all living together it is a like a red flag festival. She is constantly negative and complaining about everything. If I am drinking a beer out of can she’ll be like “that can better not stay there” even before I have gotten up, I havent left a mess at all at any other time btw. While moving in she had a bunch of boxes just left over from all her shit she moved in and basically said “yea you and K can deal with that” K did it himself probably cause he knew that was some bs his girl was pulling. She constantly bitches and wants us to something about it.

Now about the relationship between K and M, its probably one of the worst relationships I have ever seen. Now K is not a desperate guy, he pulled the most out of our fraternity chapter of about 30 guys (probably around 100 lays) so the fact he is still with this chick blows my mind. If a girl comes up to him that he knows, she flips out and demands he dont talk to her, and im some cases she’ll bitch out the girl in question too. She spends a half an hour going through his phone doing God knows what even though he won’t go through hers. Just last night he told me how shes in a lot of debt and is considering stripping again which he doesnt want. Later that night she told him how she rented a bunch of movies off his account and didnt return them so now he has a late fee and she wouldnt even give him a sincere apology or even look at him.

How would yall deal with a crazy ass bitch like this she always brings my mood down I’ve gotten into the habit of just ignoring her for the most part by closing my door or putting headphones on. She clearly is very insecure which K has also said about her to me. I try to bite my tounge most of the time instead of throwing out rp truths like Saint O’Neal would on the black phillip show because shes paying a 1/3 of the rent and if she goes our rent would go up.

I understand I might of been a little naive moving into something like this especially without really knowing about M, but here I am so what would yall do?
