So here is my problem. Currently I work at a small company, a couple of guys, we have a very relaxed atmosphere, our boss is living in US and basically we are free to do whatever we want, as many hours as we want (as long as we get the job done), the pay is good, we can drink at the office etc. In one month I'll get a 50% raise as stated in my contract, so everything is good.

But, I got another offer from a bigger company that will pay me my salary but with a 150% raise. But again, it's a bigger company, probably with not so much goofing around and corporate drama instead.

So what would you do?

Stay at a fun workplace with a decent salary and a raise of 50% or go to a new workplace with a 150% raise?

I like my current job and everything is fun, but damn, that offers gives me more than double, without the bonuses (which are about 1-2 extra salaries a year, at my current job we don't have any bonuses and I've worked here for more than 2 years)!
