Alcohol. It’s been helping men approach since at least 2017. Possibly even much much longer.

It’s a crutch. Don’t rely on it exclusively.

I have a trick that I use a lot, but you need to have a friend/wingman. it goes like this : you start a bet with your friend, for example : the first one who gets 5/4 numbers don't pay dinner (don’t bet on money if you have gambling problems lol ), I am really competitive with my friend and it really puts pressure on me, it's easy and fun way to meet chicks.

If you can't make yourself, no outside stuff will make you. You're willingness has to come from within.
