Hello. I'm a 17 year old in high school who pretty much has never been in a relationship and is still a kissless virgin.
Over the last few months I've made myself more attractive and women have been more receptive than ever, it's just I really don't know what the fuck to do once I get what I want: attraction.
It seems that every time I attract someone to me, few days later the attraction gets stale and I start breaking frame (aka. Not knowing where to go from where I am)(I once had a mini anxiety attack and had to excuse myself because I just didn't know what to do).
For example I've attracted 4 different girls that I actually found really good looking this past 6 months, they've all shown interest, obvious ioi's and they've made their friends tell me that that they're "interested". But it's just that they start losing interest because I don't know how to make a move towards "securing the kill". It's not that I don't have the balls to do it, it's that I don't know how to execute the next plans and the attraction ends up growing stale because I didn't make a move. I feel as though I'm selling myself short, like I'm just 1 inch too far away to hold on. If we want to get more descriptive, I would say that it's like a movie: The beginning is good and captivating but the middle part is shit and you end up just turning the movie off.

For anyone that has experienced this, how did you deal with this problem and how did you end up "securing" the catch without having to jump through hoops and coming off as needy because that's the last thing I want to come off as. I think this is a cognitive dissonance between average chasing/securing and being ashamed of coming off as needy.
This in turn ends up making me ignore the catch.
