A girl I met a few years ago basically crushed so hard on me since the day I met her. Because of the circumstances, however(work), I kept her at arms length. Overtime, being around her became easier, so I loosened my defenses a bit, but still kept my distance.

Well, since January, she's been through some tough shit, yet I never gave her any comfort. Family problems, friend murdered, and me distancing myself from her especially on Feb. So she started getting awkward around me and not even taking care of herself. Still, I always dismissed her projected passive anger when she was around me. I got my own problems.

Well, now's she's moving away, and I wanna chase after her. She's basically isolating herself. I was told she's taking her own steps to heal, to do what she needs to do.

I mean, I still care about her, but because I am so socially clumsy, I feel it's better to leave it. The last time I talked to her, she told me she was leaving. I asked her if she ever liked me. She told me she had a boyfriend, so I just got confused at the response because that's not what I asked. Still, I left it at that. That was probably a failed test looking back at it, but like I said, socially clumsy. But it's not like we left on bad terms. The last thing I told her was "Take care of yourself". She said "You too." The rare times I did talk to her, her eyes always lit up like a deer in headlights or an Xmas tree, even during the end.

I am just confused.
