Speak with your chest voice and speak so that your voice doesn't get caught in your throat I. E. "forward". This way your voice will project even if you're not necessarily speaking loudly. It will also make your voice as naturally deep as it can be (that is without sounding forced) and women like deep voices...

Don't be monophonic. Let your phrasing rise and fall naturally. It's okay if your voice gets higher cause you're excited/passionate about something--it's only natural. To not do so would be blase and lifeless.

Don't use upseak unless you're actually asking a question. The end of your sentences should be going down in pitch, not up unless you want to sound like a woman or Carlos Maza.

I work in customer service and I never, never upseak or make my voice higher pitch. Making your voice higher pitched reeks of "I'm trying to please you, please like me"

Say "How are we today?" in your natural chest voice and then say "how are we today?" an octave higher like a hostess at a Buffalo Wild Wings. You should internalize the former and stamp out the latter.

I find it easier to watch my pitch and keep it low if I speak in a monotone voice, which is how I normally speak anyway.
