I have a birthday soon and my bud is getting me a hooker as a present.

I am terrified to the point of feeling ill. All that is on my mind is that I won't even be able to get hard, that she'll laugh at my small dick, that I'll shake like a retard, that she'll be disgusted by me.

This is unacceptable. I realized just how badly insecure I am.

How should I go about fixing my insecurities? Any personal experiences with beating out crippling insecurity?
