When she confronts you over it, you say yeah I was on there fucking around bored, not really trying to meet anybody or anything. If she wants to break up with you over it, cool. If not, that's cool too.

If you were really just looking the profile would have been totally anonymous and undetectable. You know tinders based on location and putting your face and name on it means at some subconscious level you knew and wanted to be caught. Or you’re a feckless moron. Why are you looking in the first place, just curiosity? Or waiting to get tempted enough to leave which you created the perfect situation to do. Sounds like you sabotaged it pretty throughly.
