The friendzone exist. It's up to you if you choose to stay in it or not.

Friendzone/Beta orbiting is when guys think if they just stay around the girl and show what a "catch" they are, she'll eventually fuck them. A female friend is just someone you're friends with that you have no intention of fucking. Both exist.
