I dont know about always pushing their head to your crotch. I tried that once in high school and it did work. My wife knows when shes going to give me a blow job, because i make it known earlier in the day im expecting one. Occasionally i get them without saying anything, but if i want one in the heat of the moment, i bring my dick to her face and tell her to get it wet for me.

You need to be direct, dominant, dont ask, make it a statement.
