Bro chill... like I’ve been saying it’s never that serious. You should be working out and becoming a better person for yourself, not for thots. There’s more to life than just getting ass. Idk what your situation is like or how old you are but There’s people who have it a lot worse than you.

You are way too invested my man. You have centred your whole existence around women. If you had women, you’d realise they will never fill that void you currently think they will and you will find something else to want to kill yourself over. Seek a professional therapist, be completely open with them, work on your social skills. Giving up is for the weak. Life is hard. Out of how many billion sperm cells you were given this opportunity to experience life and you want to end this opportunity because you’re not getting attention from women.

An “I don’t give a fuck” attitude both internally and externally will grant you everything you desire.

You're in your prime, you're young and I'm sure have a lot going for you. Just take a couple nights and just go out and have fun, with no expectations. Grab some guys or some close friends that are girls and live man. Then jump back in. Give yourself a break.

One thing that helps me is to keep giving it my all. I'll tell you a story. There was this girl I had oneitis for all throughout highschool, you know, the classic case where I was too beta to do anything. I decided in the last month of school I thought fuck it I was going to approach her in a club I knew her and her social group were going to.

I did everything I could in the month leading up to improve myself, gym, haircut, invested in nice clothes etc. I even practised cold approaching women. Then the big night came, I went out alone, arrived early literally as soon as the place opened and waited. A few hours pass and I see no sign of her. I walk outside thinking it's time to call it a night. I shit you not as I walk out she is walking in. I go back inside. Finally she gets inside and I approach her. I do my best to escalate/isolate and flirt with her, risking looking like an idiot in front of her social group she shoots my attempts down, it didn't matter how smooth or perfect my chat was, it was clear she wasn't into me.

I walked out. I started to smile and feel happier than I've felt in a long time, proud. I was proud that I gave it my best shot. Proud that I did all I could have done. What I learned was "Get laid or die tryin". All that mattered to me was that for the first time in my life, I gave it my best, I can't do anything more than that.

When I look back on that period in my life I laugh, I shit you now she has gone from a HB8 to a HB5. DMT smoker, dreadlocks (probs the DMT lol). Beta boyfriend who's smaller, much worse looking than me

There's a thread called "How to get laid even though you're ugly" in the main sub which I haven't read yet. If you are not good looking as a guy you can still improve in many ways but as a woman you would be fucked.
