I had a very productive day and did almost everything I wanted.

Lifted, got a nice haircut, and got some new summer clothes. I was thinking now would be a good time to practice day game. Now, I didn't find any attractive HBs. Until I walked into one store to buy a phone case. There was a nice HB8 working the register and we talked briefly. I really wanted to ask for her number but for some reason, I just couldn't. I have been lifting, reading the sidebar, and focusing on myself. It feels like the one chance I had for the day was blown and I won't get that opportunity.

I hamster my way out of it. Thinking stuff like "she's working maybe this is rude" or "I still need to work on x first". Or sometimes I will just not think at all and just end the convo and walk away. It's actually starting to bother me now. How do you guys deal with this? If it happens to you. Is it even good to try to number close while they're working retail or something?
