I don't think you need TRP, I think you just need general self-help my dude.

First step is to put yourself into situations where you have to socialise. Pick-up some hobbies (i.e Brazilian Jiu-jitsu/Boxing), as-well as some intellectual/creative hobbies. Start taking the gym seriously (research your routine, proper form, etc). Keep a journal to track your daily progress with gym/habits, and to reflect on your behaviour.

Quit porn and quit games. Its fucking hard but it has to be done. Stop consuming low quality media in high amounts. If your going to watch YouTube, watch Jordan Peterson or Elliot Hulse or Jocko Willink and so on.

Talk to everyone and get their Snapchat’s. When they post something on their story that looks interesting respond to it. They might invite you out.

Also pick up a hobby

What sort of place do you live in? Best thing to do as a first step is go join a club or society where you can speak with people. Martial arts are highly recommended.

Stop worrying about "I don't know how to make friends", "I'm not normal", "if someone knew the real me they wouldn't want to be friends with me". Friendship is momentary, it is shared experiences and immediate connections. That accumulated we describe as a friendship, it's usually an indicator that the two will continue to share such experiences, the friendship itself, in the future. If it makes sense for them in the moment, you will have friends for that moment and only in certainty for that moment. Whether they are your friend in the moments of tomorrow depends on their expectations and who you are tomorrow. That said, don't get caught in the big picture of things. Try to maximize friendship in a moment. Try to have good experiences with people, not requiring future or past, but right now. On a rollercoaster, do you think "I'm so happy in the future I will have gone on this coaster?" Neither do you think, "I'm enjoying this coaster because I've been on rollercoasters in the past". No, you enjoy it right now because right now it's fun, your future relationship with the coaster means fuck all, your past relationship with the coaster means fuck all. Same way with people. Enjoy them in the moment, whether at the grocery store, at the gym, at organized outings, anywhere you find them. That is what being a people person is all about, not an idea of "I have x many friends, this means I'm a decent human".

Get something that's outside of your house ONLY (so your required to get out) that you love doing. This may take a while to find. Climbing is a very social environment, and many people will find lifelong friends in this environment.

Get a deadend job and get shit on for a while. Then you realize how shitty life is unless you bust your ass and stayon top of the game so you'll take things less for granted. Trust me, working a shit job at a younger age builds character.
